The clientel that I am working with has no idea when we will see the bottom of the market.....and it could be as early as the end of this year.....meanwhile, the prospects continue to sit on the fence waiting.....how many of these prospective buyers will MISS the market....as most economic periodicals indicate that once it turns it will surely start it's climb again. NOW is the time to buy....short sales...foreclosures...regular properties priced for sale.... high end priced properties.
The Desert Area is a Designation market and will continue to see the segments of buyers as baby boomers, gen X , gen Y , retirees , Investors, Spectulators to mention a few.
